Add more Ingest servers to South America.

The only servers at the moment in SA are located in Brazil. Even though we are in the same continent, that doesn't means that the connection would be great for those who use the servers. I'm from Chile and even though I have 600m/s upload connection I'm losing frames constantly. Adding a server for those who live to the South part(Chile, Argentina, Bolivia, Peru) could have at least one server in any of those countries and the North part can use the server at Brazil or add another server even more to the North.

    Hi, how are you? I've been having trouble streaming for a few days and I don't know what else to do. In the search for a solution I ran Twitch Brandwidth test and testing South American servers I realized that Quality in all for me is Zero. I would like some help with a possible solution, thank you in advance for your attention.

    Santiago and BuenosAires servers are back, but with poor performance over the last week. Santiago and Buenos Aires tested with severals ISP and they are not able to reach 6000kbps. I think youre capping speeds and really we have no diference between Brazilian servers and the nearest server like Santiago or BSAS.

    Se hace casi imposible poder hacer stream en uruguay ultimamente, en todos los servers, brazil, argentina, chile... tenemos constantes caidas..

    It is almost impossible to be able to stream in Uruguay lately, on all servers, Brazil, Argentina, Chile... we have constant crashes.

    We can only hope. The slow connection compared to YouTube is the only thing holding me back from thinking about streaming. I really think I'm missing out in a lot of fun. Like even watching is a pain with all the buffering.

    If those of us in Asia can get multiple servers for Southeast Asia (Singapore and Thailand + Taiwan, which is in close proximity to the Philippines,) I can't understand why South America only has servers in ONE country. South America is a huge continent and for once, I find that we Asians are overrepresented as far as Twitch servers are concerned. I hope you guys get the Chilean and Argenitian servers back.     Why are there just 3 servers for a whole continent and all of them located in one and the same country? Especially if surrounduing countries got a pretty bad connection to said country.
