    Santiago and BuenosAires servers are back, but with poor performance over the last week. Santiago and Buenos Aires tested with severals ISP and they are not able to reach 6000kbps. I think youre capping speeds and really we have no diference between Brazilian servers and the nearest server like Santiago or BSAS.
