Stop Stream From Requiring a Manual Refresh on Website
https://www.twitch.tv/zfg1 frequently has an error where everyone watching on desktop/web has to manually refresh the stream. He says he is running the latest version of OBS, and his chat says this happens to his stream more frequently than others (about once per 20/30 minutes).

I am getting a stuttering effect on my twitch. It doesn't happen on any other web streaming platform, just when I try to watch streams. It requires me to auto refresh which then I get ads even when I'm subbed to the person I am watching. It's highly frustrating and rediculous to have to sit through 10-12 ads in less than 30 min of playback. Please fix this!

Desktop app worked great. Been having error #2000 every 5 or 10 minutes since I was forced to start watching on the browser.

Can confirm - I never had this issue with the desktop app. My first day trying to enjoy the content I have had for so long is completely ruined by having to reload the player every 15 min. I have been a twitch turbo sub since they introduced the feature and a very active member in the community spending thousands of dollars. If this is an ongoing issue I will just stop altogether. Why they got rid of the desktop app is beyond me. But the web-based service is truly terrible and a completely worse experience as a whole. I have no constructive criticism other than, fix it...
