Ability to "pin" video stats, esp. Latency to Broadcaster
During a live stream, could a viewer please choose any of the video statistics under Settings > Advanced > Video Stats, and have only that statistic pinned somewhere on the screen? In my mind it would show up like a running FPS counter in a video game, without having to keep the entire blocky chunk of Video Stats cutting off a huge section of the stream's video (and sometimes the streamer's webcam). For example I find myself constantly checking the "Latency to broadcaster" statistic whenever I watch any stream. I always want to know the delay between what I see instantly in chat and when the streamer will have a reaction to the chat message.
In my experience, many viewers are not aware of the Latency to Broadcaster statistic being available, and often find themselves accruing a huge delay and getting behind on things happening without knowing it. Any number of things can cause these micro delays to accumulate: issues with viewer's internet connection, or the streamer's, or with Twitch's servers too. When I see a delay more than 5 seconds, I want to fix that.
Many people think refreshing the page is the only way to reset the Latency to try and make it smaller, but a quick pause/play of the video or a quick toggle on and off of the Low Latency mode also does the trick. Having the latency to broadcaster pinned somewhere over the video would help me know when I need to do these tricks to reset the latency and have a more interactive experience.

There should be a button on the Adv. Stats window to minimize to only show buffer & latency.
I've been wanting this for years. Glad I'm not the only one.

Being able to hotkey the video stats menu would help me the most nowadays. Instead of clicking settings cog > Advanced > toggle on Video Stats every time, quickly pressing F8 or something to see it would help. However I do think, as above, making viewers more aware of the Latency to Broadcaster value is important, especially now with increased frequency of ads. Every time an advert happens the Latency to Broadcaster value WILL increase when the ad is done.

It would be even nicer if you could pop this out too. I pop out some of the stuff in stream manager and it would be great to pop out all the stats so I can have it next to the stream.

i would agree with Ettin here, if not the ability to pin the window or particular stats, at least make the window transparent, as it is in the worst possible spot.
