Moderators that target viewers Moderators that have personal issues with a particular viewer. It’s a burden to watch a channel and watch what you have to say even though it’s the farthest from offensive. They just don’t like you and always passive aggressive. Twitch needs to step in and unmod that person after a number of user reports filed. Instead of not doing anything at all.

Moderators are chosen by the channel owner for whatever stream you are watching. We do not choose moderators nor does Twitch manage moderators for individual channels. If you feel as tho they are breaking Terms of Service or Community Guidelines please report them so our team can further investigate.

For a more livable chat flow for everyone! There are some channels discriminating between the audience in the tournaments you perform through live broadcasts on Twitch. People have the freedom to use "God or Jesus" on the chat screen to mean "shocked", right? Why are individuals of different faiths (for exp: members of Islam) subject to a 10-minute ban when they write the word "mashallah" in their own religion on the chat screen? The word mashallah is not a prophet's name but an internationally known as a admiration. Please a show your common sense and anti-segregation behavior on this issue as well. Remove cruel moderators There’s an issue with these conniving mods that gain the trust of the streamer which elevates them to be a mod. Then they just have free reign and target people to be horrible to. I have done nothing and yet I’m a target. The idea would be to relinquish certain mods of their banning ability if the evidence was there to conclude that follower/subscriber did nothing wrong.

Allowed to use caps when typing I was getting timmed out by a Moderator for using caps in chat ,So I wish caps are allowed to use in chat all the time

You can use caps in Twitch chats whenever you would like. Twitch does not manage chats for streamers it is up to them on how they would like to manage their chat.

Instanced Chat and VIP chat This is a two part idea. Part one is to help viewers in large channels to be able to read and interact with chat better: 'Instanced chat groups' of around 500 chatters each so we can actually read chat in larger streams and it might also make moderating easier if mods could focus on smaller groups. (Mods would have a checkbox list of channel instances to opt into moderating, or be set to "auto assign" which would divide the instances between the active mods.)

More chat options, not just follower only/subscriber only. I'd love to be able to not allow accounts created within the past 24 hours not have chat privileges. Some sort of feature like that where we can kinda keep out spam and trolls.

You need better control over your site and stop with the hypocrisy. This is absolutely absurd. Watching a streamer get bullied offline was the last straw, and you need to fix your *****.

Help Needed - have a customer service email or number My Twitch name is Houseluvsme and I’ve asked for help in using my gift card that is attached to my account and this has still not been resolved.
