Just wanted to update this thread that we are doing an experiment right now with Stream Display Ads!
These are less disruptive ads that allow viewers to see and hear Creators while being displayed. Creators will receive ad revenue for each SDA shown.

Live writing is a thing. It would be great to be able to use a writing category to say "Hey - this stream is about the process of writing/storytelling or the practice of those arts."

I have no desire to promote gambling on my stream, and don't think it's ethical to promote gambling on a platform which is used by adolescent viewers and streamers. I'd also like to be able to opt out of alcohol and sports ads, but understand that not everyone will want to do so. It would be great if streamers could access some kind of ad preferences panel which allows something like a top 5 categories they want to opt out of.
