A majority of ads on web and TV apps should now have normalized sound. We are still continuing the work on this and will update the status again when it is fully complete!

Hey all! Wanted to let you know that we recently updated the Teams color so that it looks more interactive and noticeable. We decided to add it to the About panel, because it is more about the streamer - where it was before was more about that particular stream.

They also disabled the ability to autohost teams you're in, which has effectively rendered many inactive teams as nothing more than a paperweight, when the only real benefit to most teams is literally just to have a bunch of extra autohosts.

We’re happy to announce that we have released an additional update to address these concerns. Streamers can now prevent their banned users from watching their livestreams. You can find and turn on this feature in the Moderation settings section of the Creator Dashboard, through the “Stop banned users from viewing stream” toggle.
Please note, this update 1). does not prevent users from watching livestreams from an incognito window or while logged out and 2). does not prevent users from viewing VODs, clips or highlights. We plan to explore extending the functionality of bans further, including but not limited to preventing VOD and clip playback.
In addition, we’ve made an update so that users that are blocked will now automatically be blocked from watching a streamer’s livestreams.
We will leave this thread open for your other points regarding preventing view of other content types and account creation.

Perhaps for the new streamer page, it would feature any streamers up until they hit a specific average viewership threshold, since you have streamers who have been streaming for years who are still at viewership you'd expect from someone who literally just started to stream, otherwise making it unfair for streamers who put in the time and are stuck at the bottom.

Twitch has always been hypocritical when it comes to the disabled even being as far as acknowledged to exist, they always claim everybody, regardless of gender, nationality and race, is welcome and have special months dedicated to them.
Yet they have not once mentioned the disabled until they added the tags.

Considering what we could do to make some sort of loyalty system for subs work.

Perhaps have a 2x multiplier if you're supporting a small streamer.

I should've mentioned this at the time, but any streamer with less than 20 subscribers instead have $1 subs, and the streamer earns the normal revenue.
And a 2X multiplier for channel points, regardless of sub status/tier.

Absolutely this.
People who stream directly from console have no option to have CC's or translations, and there are streamers who have older hardware that can barely stream to a stable degree without the added strain of using that captioner website that needs Chrome.
