Create Mod on/off switch
It would be incredibly helpful if mods were able to toggle their mod sword on and off for times that they don't feel like modding but still want to participate in the stream as a listener.

Agreed, there are many possible good reasons to want to toggle your Mod (and even VIP) badge. This was already requested nearly 7 years ago and unfortunately forgotten/ignored. See this post for the updated request I'd recently sent in the Badges section which is fleshed out, with full implementation details and with a link to the aforementioned years-ago request on this site which was acknowledged by someone from Twitch and then ignored for years: https://twitch.uservoice.com/forums/928738-badges-emotes/suggestions/51241678-let-chatters-toggle-the-visibility-of-their-mod-vi
