chat extensions
extensions that allow custom chat messages for bots/users and allows the streamers, mods and users to gate this with permissions as well as to customize the chat it also would be cool to theme and/or intergrade this into mod view they would be like normal twitch extensions but can be both global(set by streamer) and local(set by user/mod)
