Blocked Terms Reasons
There have been many times the streamer, other mods, or even myself have gone over the blocked terms list somewhere and found old terms with no recollection on their purpose. It would be very nice to have a way to add a custom text box attached to the term to explain what it's purpose is.
ex: This is a bot website, This is a spoiler, PII related, Used in a hate raid, etc
