Edit pinned message
Making pinned messages editable could be a useful feature. For example, a moderator might pin an explanation and later notice a mistake. Currently, this means the message must be unpinned, corrected, and then pinned again.
One way to solve this would be to allow the person who pinned the message to always be able to edit it. Alternatively, it could be made so that everyone — the streamer and all moderators — can edit the message.
