Don't suddenly force users to need to verify their account to talk in all channels.
This happened to me today and now I'm left to just guess at when or if I will ever be able to talk in twitch chat again. I don't have a mobile phone, and I probably never will. Do not do this to people. If a channel doesn't have "verified accounts only" turned on, do not take that decision away from them.
