Twitch's moderators should be proactive. You should know your ToS better than anyone else and from what I can see you really don't seem to take the protection of minors seriously. There are regulations, standards and laws that should be adhered to but you blatantly ignore these issues. Predatory behavior and exposing minors to adult content by your users/streamers no matter how subtle or coercive just to undermine your weak ToS is still illegal and who can take action against them if not the relevant employees? Otherwise what the **** are they employed for, to put in the minimum effort required to satisfy industry regulators on the rare occurrence they bother to investigate your awful standards? Get with the times.
