Add an option to end the stream on behalf of the streamer if they are unable to due to medical issues
Please add an emergency option to immediately end the stream through a mod action in the event that the streamer has a medical emergency, i know this is an option for editors but there's not always one around, to prevent abuse of a stream ending system any moderator that initiates a stream end will have all moderator rights and access suspended until the streamer reinstates them
