Allow editors to update more stream features

GIve editors access to update and customize channel points redemptions, sub emotes, channel rules, etc... to save streamers time. Usually editors already manage third parties addons, but missing the ability to update them on Twitch side is crippling.

    This is a great idea! The option to add/remove someone as a VIP has also been widely requested from streamers

    Maybe could be added as a "Manager" Role or a more granular Permission system could be nice for security reasons.

    I would 100% add "Streamtogether" or at least the Shared-Chat/Stream part of it to the list. Have Issues every single time there is a IRL Collab.

    Anything that helps make both the editor and streamers lives easier is a good thing
