Force timed-out user to watch video about their behaviour
Allow creators to force a timed-out user to watch a short video explaining why they have been timed-out to return the chat/stream.
It happens sometime that user are misconducting not-necesserly on-purpose, and they may feel a ban or timeout unjustified. Neither creators or moderators have time to explain everytime what is wrong with such misconduct, and it can create a lot of frustration on both side.
Ban and timeout lack sometime of context, and in the same time, a timed-out user who has intentionally misconduct may just want to continue to harass, so they would have to come back again after the timeout and do it again.
The feature here would be like a «Mr Resetti» feature, where moderators could drive the user to a moderation path relative to a behaviour the user had in the chat. This moderation path starts with a gentle reminder, and may become very frustrating for trapped user if they continuously repeat bad behaviour.
E.g., a creator prohibit backseat on their stream, and a user starts to tell them what to do.
Moderator will timeout the user, forcing them to watch a short video 30s-1min, explaining what is backseat (maybe user doesn't know about it), why creator doesn't want any, and thanks them to respect the choice of creator.
If same user repeat the bad behaviour, then they would be led to a longer video, with much more context.
Then, again, to a final stage, where creator can let know the user they can be banned of the channel if they backseat again. This last video could also contains harassment warning message.
At any stage, if user try to escape the videos (close the window, change channel, ...) it should play again from the beginning if they try to join the stream/chat again.
Such path can be applied to several problems, and once a user is at the end, they can be banned without hidding behind the famous excuse "Well, I didn't know".
