Hide/Delete Mod Actions as the streamer
Many streamers have added personal information as a blocked term, and have since removed it. All this private information is shown to all of their moderators. Hence allowing every moderator to know more than they should. Yes there is a way to make a blocked term private, but deleting these terms still shows the blocked terms to all moderators, new and old.
There should be a way for the streamer to hide these actions from the moderators, or have a way to delete them. If people don't want the action to be seen as if it didn't happen, then allow the streamers to hide the blocked words that are deleted. But still, show that an action had happened.
There will be people who say "Well you should've known sooner," but there are many who didn't know before. Being told it's a "too bad so sad" kind of deal is plain out ridiculous. Twitch says they'll do whatever they can to keep the safety and privacy of creators, which yes they are doing the best they can, but restricting streamers from hiding their blocked terms is a stretch.
All I suggest is to allow streamers to hide their blocked terms or mod actions to help protect their privacy. It helps protect their safety from someone who could have gotten into their moderator's account, or from the moderator themselves.
