Add banned reasoning after the ban
Sometimes you need to ban someone quickly to removed them from chat (say spammers) and you don't have time to add a banned message.
A popup or similar mechanic that will allow you to easily add a reason after removing the person from chat would be helpful when dealing with unban request or repeat offender after getting unbanned.

Brilliant idea so that you can go into the mod card for example and add a reason there rather than having to do the /ban (user) (reason) idea

Have an option in channel moderation to make it mandatory for moderators to have to give a reason when banning a user.
