Add a "run ad break" widget to mod view

Would be super helpful to have an ad-break widget in mod view (for channel editors) as I currently have to switch between stream manager (for ads) and mod view (for cleaner/more accessible UI).

    we definitely need a merge of editor and moderator for those who access to both for a streamer. would make life so much easier

    Can we please get this? We like to move the ad breaks around as there are natural breaks in the stream action. Irritating to have to have two windows open to monitor when the ad break is coming but have everything else that mod view offers. It's really "the one thing missing."

    Great idea. Also, i'm sure there are other widgets for things that editors can do, that would be good on Mod View!
