How are you deciding on charitable donations? I grew up lower middle class. I would guess seeing financial instability pushed many of us into this lifestyle as young adults. Now that I’m in a position to help others I’m trying to decide on who to help and how within my community. I’m asking how others have identified worthy causes in their lives.

"Starkes Anglerherz" ist eine Wohltätigkeits-Angelveranstaltung, die Spenden für Bedürftige sammelt, organisiert vom Verein "Starkes Anglerherz, Hilfsverein für bedürftige Personen e.V.". Bei diesen Events können Angler mitmachen, um an verschiedenen Gewässern Fische zu fangen und so einen guten Zweck zu unterstützen. How do you approach your own charitable giving? I assume that most of us employed in the nonprofit space are also giving charitably (to organizations other than the ones that employ us, that is X Trench Run).

Kinderschutz Helft mit, Kinder vor Gewalt und Vernachlässigung zu schützen!
Jedes Kind hat das Recht auf Sicherheit, Geborgenheit und eine gewaltfreie Kindheit. Dazu gehören nicht nur Schutz vor körperlicher und seelischer Gewalt, sondern auch Zugang zu Bildung, medizinischer Versorgung und ein Leben in Würde.
Doch die Realität sieht oft anders aus: Jedes Jahr benötigen rund 1.000 Kinder Schutz und Hilfe in der Abteilung für Kinderschutz in der Vestischen Kinderklinik Datteln. Dort hören zu, untersuchen, dokumentieren, beraten – und sorgen dafür, dass gefährdete Kinder sofort in Sicherheit gebracht werden. Dabei arbeiten wir eng mit Jugendämtern, Polizei, Justiz, Rechtsmedizin und weiteren Stellen zusammen.

Skateboarding I work with a Local 501(c) Non-Profit Organizations here in San Joaquin, California. They are called Save Souls Skate Bowls where they donate Skateboards and Lessons to underprivileged children. I would like to help raise money to support the cause, but I do not see them listed on Twitch. Thank you for your time and consideration.

Deutsche Gesellschaft für Suizidprävention Depressionen und Suizide sind aktueller denn je. Allein die Gedanken an eine Selbsttötung können ganze Leben aus den Angeln heben und ganze Existenzen können dadurch zerschossen werden. Die Deutsche Gesellschaft für Suizidprävention kann Hilfe anbieten und ist gut vernetzt. Sie bieten an, via Paypal zu spenden, sind aber nicht bei Twitch vertreten. Ich würde gerne etwas dazu beitragen zu verhindern, dass Menschen den Freitod wählen. Ich habe selbst erleben müssen, was es bedeutet, jemanden so zu verlieren. Hilfe wäre so dringend nötig. Ich hoffe auf eure Hilfe.
