block music bots I get muted music every stream for sounds I'm not using in my stream. :( How to solve this situation? thank you
2 votesHi,
Twitch uses Audible Magic to scan past and future VODs for music owned or controlled by clients of Audible Magic. This includes in-game and ambient music.
Please note that the recognition is not guaranteed to be 100% accurate, so it may return false positives.
As all VODs are scanned, to combat falsely-flagged content would be to submit an appeal for the muted audio. You can learn more about appealing muted audio here: https://help.twitch.tv/s/article/how-to-appeal-flagged-content.

Stop people from streaming copyright protected movies in the game category "The Movies" People use the game category "The movies" which is for the game with the same name as a platform to stream copyright protected movies. It's just a matter of time until someone will notice it.
People stream there Deadpool movies, The whole Indiana Jones saga and Twitch didnt even notice until now and its going on for months now.
Please stop these people and make clear that category is not for streaming movies but for a game called "The movies"

Dmca I think it’s ridiculous that you aren’t letting us listen to our favourite artist that we like we pay for song to listen to and we can keep forever so that does make us that we own it cause we pay the artist and we are giving them credit for there music if we stream it or not I think this whole copyright stuff is going to far

Streamlabs chat overlay.. I use stream labs chat overlay all the time, but I have one problem with it. You can't resize the alert box or chat box to whatever size you want, also I think you should make an option for the background to be transparent... I know you can adjust opacity, but the border still gets in the way.
2 votesHey there!
This seems to be a question for streamlabs.
They’re a third party and not owned or assisted through Twitch.
I would recommend reaching out to them and they’ll be able to further assist you with this.

mute I play my violin live on Twitch. Every time I play an allegro by J.S. Bach my video gets muted the next day. Apparently Twitch thinks that I am using a recording of Bach by violinist Ruggiero Ricci during my steam, when in fact I'm playing the music live with my own violin. Does that mean that I sound just like the record? I try to appeal, but the only option that is closest to my reason is "I created and performed the original music without including any third party audio and own all rights". This is half-way true because…
1 voteHi,
In this case, it should be appropriate to select, "My video does not contain the audio identified" when appealing the muted VOD. Thank you.

1 voteTwitch services scan VODs as a proactive way to help broadcasters avoid having videos containing unauthorized audio. If copyrighted audio is detected in a VOD, the relevant portion of the VOD is automatically muted; however this can occur by error. If you believe your VOD was muted in error, please follow the steps outlined in How to Appeal.

Either ban the games completely or forgo the Copyright Issue. I mod for a streamer who has recently started playing Halo. He came back to his stream to find a bunch of stuff muted and an E-mail about the ton of music that was apparently Copyrighted. It's beyond ridiculous. The same thing happened to another streamer I mod for in Mega Man 2. Twitch you need to fix this issue. This is stupid and you know it.

Twitch and Prime Video Streaming Twitch and Prime Video Streaming Suggestion!!
(For any credibility in my confidence of my suggestion being feasible: I am a Digital Marketing Consultant, Jr. Project Manager at Accenture, under the Meta client)
I will try to keep the explanation simple. The purpose is to allow Twitch Streamers to watch video content that they have paid access for and be able to stream that content to users that also have paid for that content as well. Thus, Prime Video will not be losing money from people watching content that have not paid for.
Users of twitch that have Amazon Prime will…

This is actually something that is already implemented with Amazon Prime on Twitch!
We have Watch Parties that allow you to watch Amazon Prime content with your chat. You can find out more information here: https://help.twitch.tv/s/article/watch-parties

Let me use copyrighted music by doing the following... Hey, I was wondering if us as a Streaming community can play music on stream by well known artist if we put a link to their Spotify, Apple Music, Pandora, etc in our description. For Example: Let's say I want to play music for my viewers to listen to while watching the stream, but don't want to get a copyright strike. Would I be able to do so without any harm towards my channel if I put a link to the artist's music portfolio in my bio? IF I were to play their music without crediting it to them then…
1 voteHey there!
I will let you know that linking an artist in your profile does not cover you from DMCA. If you have further questions please reach out to our team at help.twitch.tv as they are the ones who can assist with questions where as UserVoice is more aimed at feedback for the site.
