How we know if a song is usable or not on our stream. How should we know which songs we are or are not allowed on our stream is there any simple way for that?

What constitutes a "repeat infringer" with regard to DMCA? The most obvious and fair interpretation would be someone who continues to infringe on specific copyrighted content after a DMCA takedown request, but it would be very helpful to know exactly what Twitch means by this.

Dmca strikes Why did some people receive multiple strikes from the takedown fiasco
And will you give us a way to remove strikes, living on the edge of 1 strike and your whole career is gone, is very demotivating to produce any more content.

Viewer Average I have had at least 3 dedicated followers/viewers the last few months and lately I've been having more and more steady viewers and commenters and after stream video watchers and yet my stream viewer average has gone down from .6 to .5. As an app designer myself obviously there is something wrong with the algorithm and I have fellow streamers who are going through the same thing. So much so that even they are commenting on other peoples streams discouraging twitch saying "they must be high" please fix. I am dedicated to streaming and I/we don't deserve to be cheated

This seems like a question better suited for our support team.
Please reach out to them at help.twitch.tv and they can investigate what is going on to make sure you are correctly getting your viewers counted.

How unban if my account is indefinitely suspended due to repeated copyright strikes? Is there some way to get unban if my account "is indefinitely suspended due to repeated copyright strikes"? Only 2 warnings on it (https://www.twitch.tv/kvyzee) for 9 months. dmca-notifications@twitch.tv does not respond in any way to my counter notice and other statements.
My appeals under "https://safety.twitch.tv/s/article/appeals" also go unanswered. How else can I get an answer? I received only 2 DMCA complaints and have been on block for more than 270 days. For what?0 votes
