1. Ban by malicious mods should be overturned

   I got banned by HeavyMetalRules for Blinkx channel is a hate target ban against transgender people. Please allow your people who review bans overturn this ban. I have never evaded any ban. This was done in a hate filled manner. These people are harassing transgender people off twitch. I really enjoyed watching Blinkx_ channel and this ban tells me twitch is hateful towards me. Allowing ban done by a malicious mad called HeavyMetalRules. Twitch re-enforcing this ban against me since they don't want to look at facts. I have never been banned by any user I know of. This is my first ban by someone and it was done maliciously and hatefully by one user. Please look at the facts and overturn the ban.

2. Why can viewers with 0 strikes be terminated by a group of people reporting them or using a spam bot, even though the person did nothing?

   A friend of mine got banned and got proof that he got reported by a group, appealed and also sent support tickets and all you can do is to tell him, that he should appeal again what you can do 1 time in half a year with the same outcome to be waiting on him? How is this possible and how are some streamers with over 20 bans not perma banned, but viewers with no strikes whatsoever can be completly terminated by a small group spam reporting them or using a spam report bot for it? This is just sad.

3. Insemination Suspension for sexual advances

   One of my accounts has been suspended for more than two years ago. Twitch does not care and uses a big law firm to bully streamers. They use the law firm Davis Wright Tremaine that represents Twitch. I bet 80% of their revenue comes from Twitch legal console.

4. Streamer Targeted and Threated and she gets banned?

   On Christmas Eve Streamer FarrahFawxx was banned, after being banned she received death threats from a male streamer. Who even stated he was the reason she was banned. This male streamer literally reported her jus to get her banned for no T.O.S Violation at all. This type of behavior has been taken place so often on Twitch.

   How can you as a company continue to allow people to harass and threaten streamers with no action taken? Farrah hasn't even gotten a response from her ban appeal, there must a better answer for this.

   It was good enough for twitch to ban the guy for being hostile, but she can't get unbanned?

   How can Twitch allow bullying, threats of death and sexism to be so prevalent?

5. Nadia doxing real name

   So basically this Twitch streamer Nadia just doxed a donator's real name and you unbanned this piece of sh*t in 5 hours. I honestly decided to make my first ever feedback to you, because this disguisting behaviour is endangering my safety on the platform. I will never donate to anyone unless you take stand on this and I can't stress how disappointed I am with Twitch now.

   How about you guys get your thumb out of your ***** and do what you are paid for. Really look into who and why you ban people.

7. CREATE A NEW WAY TO APPEAL AND CONTACT SUPPORT

   In twitch should be a live chat support or a contact call center than speak more directly about the reason a possible appeal of a streamer suspension. with person that was suspended, one friend of mine was ban on august 2021 and he currently had not recieve any response to his appeal ticket or a reason why he was banned for. this is why the appeal progress should be more accesible for twitch users, that need to conctact the safety center of twitch

9. Twitch is rewarding sadistic racist trolls and this needs to stop.

   A streamer who I've been watching who I would consider to be a good role-model for society has had a 30 day ban because they just wanted to have fun with their community and play skribbl.io.
   From what I've heard these trolls were racist and I would imagine they drew some offensive words/symbols. By banning the streamer you're giving these trolls EXACTLY what they want, put yourself in someone who enjoys others suffering for a second. Imagine if there was an action you could take to annoy a streamer, live, by being racist and also getting them banned at the same time! Well thanks twitch.tv your wishes as a sadistic racist troll have come true, just go into the skribbl.io category and draw offensive symbols!!

   A good way for twitch to resolve this would be to have better communications with the streamer at hand, maybe twitch support could give this new streamer advice on how to combat these trolls and work with the streamer. I do believe that there were ways that this streamer could have prevented this, however he wont learn that from Twitch. Twitch could also not hand out punishments unless there was a certain level of negligence (you also have to take into factor if this is a new streamer or an experienced streamer, learning disabilities an whatnot), by doing this you remove so much power from these racist trolls. To not would be to give them power, to support them, to support racism.. Twitch would be supporting racism, that's not a good look, twitter would not be happy to hear this.

10. Stop being hypocrites

    It would be nice if Twitch Mods start banning people that deserve it consistently and stop "simping" on women that sell their body to get money (plus advertising onlyfans). I mean... people like Indiefoxx (banned 6 times this year) and Amouranth get banned for 3 days and thats it? Whereas other people (I don't need to name them all) get banned twice and then can't use twitch anymore indefinitely. That is some double morale bull****, don't you think? If you continue doing that... it will not take long and twitch is doomed for good. Being a softporn site with everyone else switching to other sites like Youtube who will welcome them with open hands. I am looking forward to that.
