Please provide an officially supported API or EventSub mechanism to retrieve per-viewer Channel Points earning history, including timestamps, point amounts, and earning sources.

Background

I am exploring a community progression system for my Twitch channel. The goal is to recognize viewers' long-term participation and accumulated time spent with the channel, while minimizing additional actions required from viewers.

Twitch Channel Points are potentially useful for this purpose because viewers can earn points through watching a channel. However, I could not find an official API that allows broadcasters or authorized applications to retrieve each viewer's points earned through viewing over a specific period.

I understand that the existing API supports custom Channel Points rewards and redemption events. However, redemption records do not provide a complete history of points earned through watching.

Requested functionality

Ideally, an official API or event system would provide:

1. Per-viewer earning history: The amount of Channel Points earned by each viewer during a specified period.
2. Timestamps: When each earning event occurred, or sufficient time-based aggregation to calculate earnings over a specified interval.
3. Earning source: A way to distinguish points earned through ordinary viewing from active-viewing bonuses, watch streaks, follows, raids, subscriptions, or other earning mechanisms, where applicable.
4. Stable viewer identification: A Twitch user ID associated with each record.
5. Supported access and permissions: Clear documentation of authorization requirements, data access restrictions, and applicable privacy safeguards.

If exposing individual earning events is not feasible, a documented endpoint providing per-viewer viewing-related points earned over a defined time interval would also be helpful.

Why this would be useful

This functionality could enable community tools that recognize long-term viewing and participation without requiring viewers to send chat messages or manually claim rewards solely to prove that they were present.

It could also help developers distinguish viewing-related activity from other point-earning activities, improving the reliability and fairness of community progression systems.

I would prefer to use an official, documented Twitch integration rather than undocumented endpoints or scraping.
