ABOUT Channel Point redemption for VIP members
I would like to suggest improvements to the VIP point system. VIP members should be able to redeem all points using only 50% of the total required points (or this could be adjustable, e.g., 10-50%). This would give VIP members greater benefits in certain areas than regular members, making the diamond icon next to their name more meaningful.
