Make Timing Out Users With Channel Points Multiple Times Prohibited
I've had an issue for a few months now where I've had a few users use their channel points to time me out repeatedly even though I said nothing or suggested something against TOS, which makes me unable to talk to the streamer or interact with other viewers. So I think to counter something like this, I think that users should only be able to use their points to timeout a person ONCE and then have the streamer's mods timeout or, worst case scenario, ban them from the channel.
