In many of the streams I follow I cannot redeem channel redeems. Like it gives me no option to, and I know there is not limit to these redeems because other people redeem them with the same sub tier as me. I don't know how to fix this problem because I want to redeem things but it won't let me. I even mentioned it to the streamers and they said that its weird that it doesn't work for me since they have the redeems on. I have no idea what to do.
