So, I've seen a few ideas for a Channel Point Menu Overhaul and I wanted to add my own ideas as well as group other ideas I have seen that I also believe are worth seeing.

1. The ability to group channel point redemption rewards into their own separate folders that can be named and given its own image (it would have a small folder image in the corner to signify it is a folder when looked at from the viewer's CP menu.)

2. Each folder would be able to have set cooldowns and limits the same way individual rewards do. So, if I have say a soundboard folder, I can set a folder wide cooldown of 30 seconds to prevent spamming the soundboard with different sounds. Each reward would have a toggle within its edit page that defaults to on that marks it as using the folder's limits. Folder limits and Individual reward limits would stack in which both cooldowns would have to be clear before a reward can be used.

3. Streamers should be able to toggle folders on/off as well as the individual rewards within them. Both toggles would need to be on for a reward to be viewable.

4. The folders should have the same footprint in the menu as a normal redeem as to reduce clutter within streamer's Channel Point menu without having to sacrifice the amount of rewards a streamer wants to provide.

5. Folders and Individual rewards should be able to be manually rearranged as the streamer sees fit, as opposed to being solely based on price. This allows streamers to change the order of rewards without having to use odd prices. This reordering and folder grouping should also apply to the Channel point menu in the creator dashboard.

6. Provide analytics on Channel Point Redemptions. They should show the frequency of overall Channel Point Redeems as well as frequency of specific rewards. The analytics should also provide data on what the first redeem new viewers use when they enter your stream, the typical audience for each redeem (as in unfollowed, followed, and subbed users, not other demographics)

7. Users should have the ability to limit specific redeems to Followers, Subs or VIPs if they so choose. This provides a way for streamers to give rewards to their subs or limit more sensitive redeems to more trusted users.

I feel like with these changes, Streamers and their viewers will have a much more user friendly experience with the Channel Point menu by allowing streamers to De-clutter their Channel Point Menus, allow grouping of similar rewards into easily navigated folders, and overall provide a more polished, customizable, and easy to use system for both viewers and streamers.
