Make Predictions Run Smoother for lower end PCs.

predictions just slow down my stream quality. Even moreso, the more people there are in it. The harder it is to watch the stream. Predictions takes more CPU usage than the stream itself.

I have the same problem, when it shows the result of a prediction the live stream freezes.
