API endpoints for current user profile (e.g. lists)
Would allow users to import/export their lists from/to other services like Playnite and RAWG.

Yeah this is a needed feature, these endpoints used to be available back in 2020 but they removed it

I'm in need of this feature as well. I want to make use of user lists and pull the user's games from a list of their choice for analytics purposes.

I'll probably just build my own system for storing the same data in the absence of the API allowing me to auth users and store it on their accounts. Seems like something you would want to add so other people aren't competing with your feature set.

I'm building a ReactJS app and I'd love this feature, as I would like to build a "my collection" page that allows me to add to a personal list on the account, and also add some basic data like percentage of completion for displaying as a simple pie chart or progress bar.
