"Subscription Will Be Renewing Soon" Email Sending Window Change
I received an email that a sub was renewing soon.
It is July 22nd. The email is reminding me that it will renew...
August 21st.
This email was essentially useless.
The timing needs to be adjusted to appear a week before a renew, not right after it already renewed.
I have no way to request a refund and due to a financial situation, I am trimming some extra purchases at the moment.
