Giving users the ability to customize the emote menu to their own preferences The option to have a tab in the emote menu where the user can freely set their preferred emotes, as well as the option to hide sub/follower/bit emotes that the user has no intention of ever using for a much more convenient time on the browser and mobile app.

Emote Slots (Tier 2 and 3 Subscriptions Removed) Instead of having the option to Subscribe to Tier 2 or 3, add those emote slots to Affiliates' and Partners' inventory. Those options aren't worth the difference in price, I rarely (if ever) see anyone purchase them, and those emote slots would be better used elsewhere.

Can we have a larger number of frequently used emotes? I and many others use a large number of emotes to hype streams. I am subbed to a lot of streams and it makes it tedious to scroll between subscribers to create an artistic message.

Horizontal category bar broke channel navigation in the emote menu The issue is not just that the emote menu was changed, but HOW it was changed.
Moving the category/filter bar from the right side to the bottom is a major functional downgrade. A vertical bar on the right could scale infinitely by scrolling down, making it easy to display and jump to all subscribed channels. By moving it to the bottom horizontally, there is simply no screen space left to show individual channels.
Because of this design flaw, quick navigation between channel emotes is completely gone. Please restore the vertical side menu or bring back the channel tabs so we…

WHEN A STREAMER CHANGES USERNAME, THE OLD EMOTES SHOW UP IN "FREQUENTLY USED" When a streamer changes username, and the prefix for their emotes changes, the old emotes still show up under "Frequently Used" with the old prefix even though these emotes technically no longer exist.
Either automatically update emotes in this section, or offer an option to Purge "Frequently Used" to reset this.

Mandatory Naming Protocols for Emotes Used on Twitch PROBLEM:
TOO many actual words are being used as the name for emotes. It's confusing and frustrating for anyone trying to communicate in Chat.
SOLUTION:
Require a specific capitalization scheme for any emote that uses an actual word. Example: "War" or "WAR" or "war"—not acceptable. "wAr" or "wAR" or "waR"—all acceptable, depending on the specifics of the adopted capitalization scheme. All lowercase, all uppercase and initial cap would be UNacceptable because they are used, as such, in attempts at real communication in Chat.

the emotes keep changing positions, when i'm trying to select the same emote multiple times it keeps moving and I end up selecting the wrong 1, stop the emote from changing positions when trying to select the same emote multiple time, so annoying.
2, In different streams the peepo,pepe, pepo, emotes are all different. please enable them to be the same because i spend a lot of time trying to find my favorite emotes only to find they are not there.

Emote editor I think the library could use a bit of work so you can edit an emote rather than having to delete it and re add it
Clicking on an emote will show an edit section to replace the image, change the name, if animated change the easy animate animation, depending on the change it could go back to "revision" if the instant upload has not been unlocked
This can be useful to track many things, for example
If the emote is improved rather than replaced, you could specify that is a version 1.1 or 2.0 of the emote

Emote Approval I only uploaded 1 emote so far and it's been a week and STILL hasn't been approved yet, and seeing how many people below are actually complaining, it seems you need to start getting on the ball about approving things.

Extra slots for new emotes should be unlock over time (veteran reward) and be accumulative (not by monthly goals 1/15) At this point I stop encouraging people to sub to the channel at all...
There is no reward for small streamers (emotes) and the cut of 50% is way 2 big considering payouts can only be achieve at +100U$$ to see the incomes been transfer. Having a more none-linear taxation on incomes would be better, first 50U$$ take 40% off and when approaching the other 50U$$ reduce tax to 25%. Comme ça un streamer accède à son panel d'emote, voit la librairie depuis le panel, recherche une emote générique (love, gasm etc) pour payer l'utilisation de l'emote directement, avec un système de contacte possible après achat d'une emote pour que le streamer puisse contacter directement le créateur d'emote pour lui demander des emotes moins génériques.

Don't Show Message Again for Remove Selected Emote from Slot Popup A small but helpful suggestion, please add a "do not show this message again" for the popup that happens when you remove an emote from its slot. It's annoying to have to constantly click to acknowledge you are indeed removing an emote.
