the emote picker randomness also picked already owned channel emoijs when not sub or prime..
So my suggestion is to limit the randomness to only allow not "owned" emotes, that would also be more honest because the twitch user/viewer now might feel robbed off hard earned channel points when the emoij picker gives duplicated emotes or already owned ones
