I believe you shouldn't take it away it's a fun way to show other your lovely badges.

I am extremely unhappy with hiding user badges. This makes difficult to see all the roles of chatters in a particular chat, as well as to value how active a person you are cheking is on Twitch. In addition, it literally devalues icons, especially historical ones.

It's a weird and unnecessary decision to remove badges from profiles.

Esse recurso de colecionar emblemas é muito bom, mas tirar isso é como tirar as conquistas que lutamos pra conquistar nesta plataforma, como alcançar meta de seguidores, de inscritos e de obter o emblema de verificado.

My question is, what was the point of doing this in the first place? Badge collections, chat identity and cosmetics are a huge part of Twitch's chatting experience AND the whole community in general. This being removed all of a sudden just felt really strange and outta nowhere.
