Change the DJ Badge
At the moment the new DJ badge is very easy to obtain, which leads to many users who don't stream at all joining the DJ program just to get the badge, and since the badge looks like the partner badge it causes confusion among streamers and chatters.
Please consider changing the design of the badge or make it only available to streamers who regularly perform DJ streams.

Will be also amazing if partner can use it with their badge and no instead of partner’s badge!

Many DJs who also stream other non-DJ content started new accounts to join the DJ program. Just to point that out since the two comments here so far seem to be concerned about the fact that new accounts are in the DJ program. That is by design. Perhaps people joined to get the badge but I doubt it since they will be forgoing some of their revenue if they are affiliate or above, and also have all their VODs and Clips disabled - seems like a pretty rough deal and anyone who's willing to do that to get some chat flair is welcome to it. I wouldn't exclude new DJs though, that's the point of the program and of Twitch - it's inclusive to all skill levels. And to DJ legally on Twitch, the easiest way is to join the program. So you will see new DJs with the badge too.
To me the checkmark vs the record don't look similar. Any logo would still be purple for Twitch's brand, which is the current badge visual similarity.

I saw many examples of this today on Twitch's own "just chatting" stream. All the supposed "DJs" I went to had no presence on the platform.
