Allow PG "Dumpy" style emotes on Twitch.
A Dumpy emote is an emote with a shaking butt in a circle and does not contain nudity or sexually explicit content of any kind. There are over 900 of them on Twitch as of this writing.
Dumpy emotes are incredibly popular among a wide number of communities on Twitch. However, they have been removed by Twitch Moderation at seemingly random for violating the community guidelines.

As these emotes are based on a draw-over of the PG movie Open Season from 2006 it seems absurd to ban them from the platform.

Hopefully a real human can take a look at this because it's obvious that these style of emotes are not sexually explicit and are based on a children's movie. It's harmless fun.

these are entirely harmless emotes, not offensive in any way what so ever

The use of this emote is integral to the communities of Twitch. The use of this kind of emote to be considered offensive is over the top when there is blatant nudity on the platform. These kinds of emotes are light hearted and when in the form of an animated character are cute as heck and should be allowed.

The "Dumpy" emote was always one of the go to emotes on most channels... I honestly thought it was hilarious. I didn't think anything sexual about it at all. I immediately recognized the scene from Open Season.
I have seen so many of the "dumpy" emotes removed from many streamers, who just enjoy their own art that they paid for.

I concur. Twitch staff, the emote is harmless. Please reconsider it.

I completely agree with these statements. I understand the need to have certain things moderated for the safety and enjoyment of everyone. With that being said, this emote is that of an animal styled in pixel art. While other instances of this could be seen as inappropriate, but it should be more of a case-by-case, reported, and reviewed basis.
Thank you for reading my opinion. -

Dumpy emotes have nothing sexual about them. Seems like they were caught in the crossfire while taking out sexual emotes.

I think this emote should be allowed. There's nothing sexually suggestive about the emote nor does it involve nudity. An emote from Open Season which is a PG movie and fits the ferret theme of his emotes should be allowed.

I feel like there needs to be a more measured and increased presence of the human touch when it comes to reviewing these "dumpy" style emotes. If there is no overt nudity (such as a nipples, etc...) then there should be no issue with allowing a community to express themselves and their idiosyncrasies that make being a part of that community worthwhile and leads to more subscriptions and viewing times. Please review the way that Twitch evaluates and dismissed emotes please and thank you.

It would be great to see the dumpy emotes allowed again!
It strikes me as overzealous to ban dumpy emotes when they are not explicit and are merely a cartoon animation that was originally from a children's movie, which should be plenty good enough for a PG rating for the emotes.

I believe dumpy is not an issue with Emote if you do ban them all the problem then will be a buttocks picture even if it is a side view will become the same issue. I have an emote that is the side view and it is a dog wagging his tail. This could become the same problem. We need to have a limit on when something needs to be stopped. I would say this should be allowed since it is an animated emotes and it is fun to have and bring joy to people around all of us.

Considering that the emote itself is of an animal with no anthropomorphic features and fully covered (in fur), there should be no reason why this emote should be banned under the current ToS! A proper revision of this case by the Twitch Team, as well as any others that may follow, would be much appreciated.

Furthermore, leniency ought to be afforded for emotes that don't depict actual persons and are anatomically inaccurate.

I completely agree. The Dumpy emote is a valid emote to celebrate a joyful moment with a silly little dance.

Indeed. Especially if it's cute animals like Ferrets or Pokemon. If the rule is rewritten to specifically exclude animals, please be sure to add a clause for furry characters as well as it may become a possible ambiguity.

Dumpy emotes are from a PG children’s movie and for the purpose of humor with no sexual content or context. It is a ferret, please stop assuming a ferret is sexualized

With twerking and other dances allowed on the platform, there is no reason that a PG butt circle should be prohibited. It is harmless and fun and anyone who would sexualize it should be taken off the platform themselves.
