Standardize Emote Approval Time/Method
There are several glaring holes in Twich's Emote Approval process at this time.
To demonstrate inconsistency in your system: I uploaded copies of the same, static, non-animated emote three different times: The 1st and 3rd upload were instantly approved, while the 2nd one became "pending approval."
To demonstrate approval time in need of improvement: I uploaded my first set of emotes on 2/10. The majority of my emotes were instantly approved. Two, one animated "rave" emote, and one non-animated "raid" emote, were listed for approval. It has been 16 days and counting since these emotes were uploaded- twitch advertises 48 hours average approval time. Either change that figure if it is now different, or do something so that the approval process does not take in excess of a certain amount of time. I have waited 700% longer than the advertised approval time at this point in time.
Example of this system's drawbacks: As someone who does their own art, I want to be able to release new emotes as a viewer goal on a subaton next week. If I upload an emote today, and it is pending approval, it probably won't be approved in time for the subathon. In this way, my creative aspirations are being inhibited by your approval system.
Twitch- please do something to stop inhibiting our creativity- either be honest/transparent about current approval times so we can plan things on our end or do something to make your approval times fit your advertised time frames better.
Respectfully,
The SeraNiia Channel

I completely agree with you, I have been an affiliate for 7 years and I am an artist, I had the automatic approval for years, and randomly I now have to wait for all my emotes to be approved. Which makes it that if you remove an emote to change it for a new one you have less emotes. Also I have had emotes being rejected for no apparent reason and when reuploading them they were fine. For example my character is a naga, so she wears like a mermaid top, emotes where the hair don't fully cover the shoulders have been rejected even though there is no nudity! Like we are talking a drinking tea emote... A lot of emotes for affiliate are denied while big streamers have sometimes completely inappropriate emotes such as simply a picture of their b*east in a bikini...
Twitch since it has been bought by Amazon has lost a lot of logic into its processes, you used to be able to contact them by email, you used to be able to go back and forth with tickets if there was further questions, etc.
My partner had uploaded the emotes I did for him, which are simply axolotls and it took 3 weeks for them to be approved while my friend who had the same style but quokkas took 24h... there is no logic. None.

It is very frustrating to be a new affiliate, give attribution to the original artist, and not be able to have emotes available to subscribers. Emotes are such a large draw to gaining subscribers & it would be helpful if the process was quicker.
