Keep the same preferences for animated emotes in VOD chat as live chat
I disabled animated emotes in live chat, it works on live chat, but on VOD, I see animated emotes on chat.
I would like to have the same preferences on the animated emotes in VOD chat as a live chat.

If emotes are disabled by the user in chat settings, it should also work when watching VODs. Currently, it only works in streams.
