i agree with this, I have never taken part in a hype train for the emotes and would love to see this developed more or customised for streamers.

Yeah over two and a half years of streaming I've built up an enormous library of emotes, and I rotate them out from time to time to keep things fresh...but it would be nice to be able to just use them AND have some control over what rewards my community gets for supporting me.

It would also encourage people to engage with them more if they could earn double the amount of emotes.

I know a lot of people who are disappointed that they already have all the emotes currently available. Plus perhaps this could be tied to an Twitch achievement, where if you reach x amount of tiers you unlock another emote slot? Similar to how the VIP points work :)

I love this idea! This will definitely allow for more interaction with Hype Trains and it gives the viewers rewards after the Hype!

Custom Hype Train Emotes!

Allow streamers to upload their own emotes that are given out after a hype train!

Gives more motivation to start hype trains and collect all the emotes as well as gives a more unique experience in each channel so the people supporting will get complete different emotes in different channels!

Hola! imagino que es algo que ya estará propuesto pero mi nivel de ingles es bajo lo siento, entonces quisiera proponer un tren del hype con emotes personalizados del canal, ya que puede ser mejor incentivo a que la gente quiere participar en ESE tren el hype, ya que todos son iguales y quita la ilusión, a veces son repetidos o no tan bonitos como a mi me gustaría cuando recibo mucho apoyo, y me gustaría trabajar unos emotes maravillosos para poder ofrecer lo mejor de mi, gracias :)

I wonder if we could add a short sound to the hype train when reached. A very simple alert or something. Sometimes when playing competitive games I may miss the hype train because of that. Of course this can be optional and not a mandatory thing to add for each streamer. BTW Calidorii, Great Idea. Ty. (:

This is a feature we need, this way twitch does not have to worry to much about creating emotes and we can share more channel specific emotes for peoples to collect.

Ever since Hype Trains started in January 2020, there have been three "seasons" of Hype Train emotes. It's been a year and a half and the pool doesn't get updated with any kind of regularity. While this is a subjective opinion, I consider the global Hype Train emotes to be a bit underwhelming and I don't really see them get much use.

Considering it's been a while since the third round of emotes, my proposal is to allow streamers to create their own Hype Train emotes. Partners and Affiliates can make up to 15 emotes (3 for each level) that can be unlocked. Once a certain amount of users have unlocked all 15, that would create another Hype Train unlock slot. For example, if 20 users acquire all 15 emotes, then a 16th emote could be added at Level 1. 20 more, then a 17th emote at Level 2, and so on either indefinitely or a cap of a certain number.

A lot of streamers and people (including myself) think that having custom emotes if you help the hype train it's a good idea.
