THERE ARE MANY FEATURES TWITCH HAS Which break NHN Law.

let me do a short break down.

affiliated or partner.

CTR(copyrighted trademarked or rights reserved) Streamers.

Registered career or job-based streamers can get all full access to site benefits and features.

any one who wants to be affiliated only has to request it.
The responsibility of checking the streamer registry actually falls to the streamer's platform show runners.

ALL USER based Streaming platforms were seized in 2022,
and handed over To NHD Entertainment, or NHD Social

Emotes chat features etc.

Emotes, gifs, and other forms of picture/video exchange communication are classified as disability accessibility features.

so settings like Gigantify or PEC/ VEC are required by law for everyone.

A custom PEC/ Vec Board ( even in emote form) is required for everyone...
this includes an emote wall, A customer-selected board for any and all other pecs or vecs a streamer is subscribed to or follows

streamer platforms are allowed to set limits but that limit has to still allow full communication.

(so example my stream would have 20 emotes. 10 gifs. and Gigantify on.

music playing: as long as a mini player with the Artist's Name and song credit is on screen you can play any music on stream. The streaming service actually has to create the DMCA over-ride widget player.

to improve streamer types;
Streamer law has to be followed but you can stream just about anything in any category. for example the 18+ category you have to enter a government id number. then boom in 30 seconds installed over 18 features, allowing you to watch the 18+ categories...
if you haven't years on earth verified already.

streamer law also requires Channel points for all streamers to reward viewers who follow or subscribe to a streamer. It was added in 2023.

verification Law has to be followed.

Anti-spam, anti-catfish, anti-hate, anti-fake anti-unapproved bot law...
also has to be followed.

Unfortunately, many of the Twitch features in existence do not follow N.H.N Law.

I've been a registered NHN Entertainer, since 2012. CTR Streamer/Gamer/Photographer/musician since the law was instituted. in 2020.

twitch still refuses to give me Accessibility features.
I use it in my everyday life and stream.
They keep giving me auto-copy pasta replies...

I have to use my emote pec board and other emotes to chat in other's streams
as well.
