Make Commands Clickable As My Disease Makes Typing Difficult
Whenever I am watching a stream and they start a raffle or other interactive event, I normally feel very left out as my muscle-weakening disability makes it impossible for me to type the command fast enough. It would be great if any !command in the chat (or anywhere else on the page) could be a clickable link that pastes the entire command in my chat box, so I just have to press Send. This would help me feel included, and would likely help slow typers or viewers who live with dyslexia avoid having to correctly type every command. Thank you!

Those commands are typically provided and actioned by third-party bots, with the "raffle" you describe most likely being StreamElements.
The developers of those tools are not under Twitch's control.
There is a very distant possibility that Twitch could provide additional functionality via the API for such third-party tools - such as visual or shortcut inputs for commands - but I would not expect that. You may have better luck reaching out to third-party developers (like StreamElements) to ask if they would be willing to develop a browser extension designed to interface with their stream extensions and bot(s).
That way they could use your browser's functionality to: provide a command list, an easy way to activate said commands without typing, and/or visual notifications for active events.
