Captions on Rebroadcasts of Livestreams
Repair the closed captions on rebroadcasts of livestreams. The captions work on the first stream of e.g. Critical Role, but not on the rebroadcasts.

Accessibility should be the top priority of any website, and people living in other time zones should be having equal access to the captions. -

It's so annoying that you can't get subtitles when you e.g. Chrome Cast Twitch VODs to a TV. I need to read to hear!

While I do read dial-up modem fluently, I understand the vast majority of English-as-a-second-language viewers who watch rebroadcasts do not, and as such, we must have legible English captions for their enhanced enjoyment of their favorite shows.
