Twitch Con EU Should Be 3 Days I've never understood why Twitch Con EU is only two days long. In the beginning, I can see how they might have been testing the waters to see how many people would attend. However, Twitch Con EU has been around for several years now and has attracted a significant number of attendees.
On the other hand, Twitch Con NA has three days and this year even includes a block party on Saturday night, after the convention has ended. Last year, they had a famous rapper perform as well. Why is Twitch Con EU being treated so differently? It feels unfair…

Zen Den After personally attending Twitchcon 2019, I was blown away with how loving, accepting, and enjoyable the event felt. I also became aware of an opportunity rising to the surface. I heard many attendees stating their need to find a quiet place to "regroup" and relax in such a stimulating environment. I am excited to share my ideas regarding what this space could consist of and how it could best serve people.

Perk for sub gifters At TC you have your premium perks for Affiliates and Partners. People who gift subs are supporting not only their favorite streamer, but Twitch as well.
I don't know the metrics on gift subs, so I couldn't say if a perk should start at 100 gifts, 500 gifts, 1000 gifts or if it should be tiered, but it would be nice to do something for sub gifters.

Have TwitchCon in Chicago! It would be amazing if we tried out Chicago for TwitchCon! It's a really fun city and so close to the middle that WAY more creators AND viewers would be able and WILLING to attend! It's far more affordable than California & I really believe Twitch users on the East Coast & even the South would appreciate it!
I just think it would really be in Twitch's best interest to at least try it out once! I'm sure they'd be super surprised at the turnout and excitement!

artist alley Give your Artists and Makers & Crafters an opportunity to set up a booth at TwitchCon to sell their merch and meet their communities! Logistically, it would have to be open to those who are legit business owners and have insurance to cover events, but many of us earn our living like this and are used to these rules. Show your artistic communities that you see them and hear them and support them!

ASMR PJ Sound Bath with RubyTrue A sound bath session where the attendees are in the their PJs with a yoga mat and blanket (maybe twitch branded versions) where they lay on their back with the lights really low and RubyTrue provides a relaxing end to the night with singing bowls, chimes, and various musical instruments.

Twitchcon payment Make it possible to pay with other app's like Ideal or Paypal.... because in the Netherlands we mostly don't use creditcard. I can't buy a ticket now because i dont own a creditcard, i need to apply for one but you need to pay a fee for that and apply for one to do that only for twitchcon is kinda waste of money.

Block party streaming Let us stream at the block party. It was not posted that we could not stream this event. Now after tickets are purchased it’s announced that we can not stream at the block party.

Pronouns for twitchcon badges Hey, for the past two (probably more) cons I know of several creators who are being called by the wrong pronouns. Would it be possible to have anyone who attends future cons add pronouns that will be displayed (large enough) for others to see to try an prevent this from happening in the future.

TwitchCon EU Should Be 3 Days instead of 2! Never understood why TwitchCon EU is 2 days instead of 3, I've been to both TCs and I think there's just not enough time to fit everything into 2 days. Everything feels so cramped together and kinda rushed. You could have so many more events, great moments, panels, and so much more with an extra day! It feels kinda sad because there are so many great EU creators that should be appreciated and cant afford to go to America just for that extra day of fun!

Provide real security After hearing about the emiru situation, I believe Twitchcon should have real security there to protect the content creators. Currently it's up to the creators themselves to bring their own security, and the personnel get banned after protecting the streamers who hired them. It's astounding that Twitch doesn't care about the safety of their creators who they invite.

Golden Kappa Awards I Thought Of A Idea It would be cool if every year Twitch handed out a golden Kappa award at Twitch con to a streamer who has raised money for charity or done a good deed as a way of Twitch saying congratulations on doing a good deed

Announce the dates of TwitchCon prior to the end of 2023 I think as it stands, the announcement of dates in February is very short notice, particularly for those who work and need to get time off. By the time February comes around and the dates are usually announced - it's extremely difficult to get time off, particularly in July throughout the summer holidays.
I would even consider moving Twitchcon to June. With the age limit for the event being 16+ having it during the school holidays results in increased costs, difficulty in getting time off and a much busier area around the venue. A month earlier would still allow for…

Twitch/Amazon Merch Shop Will there be a Stream Merch Shop where you could pay with bits for example? Could be more convenient than sourcing it out.

#BleedPurple Shirt Hey! i've been around twitch for about two and a half years and i was there when bleedPurple became a global emote. I really like the emote and thought it would go great on a shirt! so i made a concept of it and showed it to some of my friends on twitch and they said they love it and would totally buy it! i think that a bleedPurple shirt would be a great addition to the community swag. maybe just make a teespring campaign or put it in the actual store! but i would love to see this made…

Print country of origin on the badge Twitchcon is a global gathering of streamers, creators and twitch enthusiast. As such it will make it easier to break ice to print the country of origin's flag onto everyone's badge.

Meet and Greet Line - Safety Rules Display/Announcement To improve safety and comfort during TwitchCon Meet and Greets, there should be a designated staff member or volunteer that makes a short announcement before each session begins (to each individual line). If dedicated staff would be a problem, this could instead/also be a video that's played for each group on a monitor. The monitor could later be used to display the streamer name and their comfort levels (which would also cut down on waste since usually the streamer's name placard is discarded when the meet and greet ends).
This announcement would outline acceptable behavior, streamer-specific boundaries, and consequences for…

Add local time to meetups On meetup.twitch.tv it shows meetup date and time in your (computer's) time zone.
Organizers will often add the local time in the meetup description or the event image. But not every organizer does.
It would be great if in addition to your time zone's time the site would also show the local time of wherever the meetup happens natively. This would make it easier to plan and attend meetups when you travel across time zones.
