Alert Celebrations - Customize which Global Emotes are used
Problem: I currently do not have enough T1 Emotes to fill the celebration overlay, so random Global Emotes are used to fill the spare 'slots'. This is not ideal if I want to align the celebration with my channels look and feel.
Request: I would like the Celebration GUI (that appears below most alert variation panels) to be extended so I can configure/prioritize which specific Global Emotes could show in the event there are not enough T1 emotes for the celebration.
Added Bonus: It would be even better if I could control the size of the emotes

Speed variation would also be nice to have, it goes awfully fast
