Provide Camera support for 360 degree cameras, and allow drag around perspective capability.
It would be nice for board games to be able to use a 360 camera, and allow viewers to look in any direction they would like. Thanks!

Allowing 360 camera streams, as well as the ability to watch these streams in VR in real-time, would bring an entirely new level of immersion to twitch. Streamers could bring content to chat in a face-to-face/in-person aspect and allow chat to really feel like they're right in the middle of the action. Twitch needs this!

I use an insta360 X5 to film sharks. Currently I have to curate this and any other 360 footage IRL for my stream after the fact. I know my community would love to be able to to experience some locations like beaches and aquariums in 360 degrees, but sadly we have to use YouTube for those streams because Twitch doesn't have 360 camera support like they do. I dream of the day when I can check a box to enable 360 candy's control in Twitch and my viewers can experience my stream in 360 degrees, or even in VR. Being able to offer this and keep the whole experience in the Twitch platform would be wonderful!

To bump this and add to it since someone already came up with a post...
Provide Camera support for GoPro Fusion VR/360 View Formats...
Using a camera like the GoPro Fusion would be prime pickings for this concept. If there was a way to essentially stitch live 360 content. If only you guys could get your hands on an open source version of their fusion studio software. maybe a partnership a foot? cough. Also to build on this concept for VR applications...
If there was a way to directly 1:1 feed live data from a Fusion into a VR headset. Getting the raw data off the camera feeding directly into the headset vs using a rendered version of footage to then reproject into VR environment.
