Add support for the Foscomax 4K UltraHD Capture Card
It's one of the best non-wallet-killing capture cards out there, and I do prefer twitch studios over OBS, so please consider adding support for it.

Hi i was wondering if you guys can add foscomax 3.0 capture card to your compatibility list because it wont let me capture my game with it right now.
