Alert Upgrades
It would be cool if there were more Alert Themes and also the option to not use a theme, like adding your own alert entirely

今現在フォロー、サブスク等のアラートの演出が変更できず、既存のもの以外のアラートを使用したいため、アラート演出を変更できるようにしてほしい。
