Pre-Affiliates should get bits to spend on twitch if they can't get paid from the twitch subs
I am a small streamer who received 3subs the other day before being able to receive those funds. I think if I can't get that money it should go into twitch bits for me to at least use around twitch! then i can re-support the community that supports me. Maybe there's a threshhold to hit to make it real money? IDK But i want my $8.61 :(
