I would like to share my experience as a user. While I was interacting with the channels, I noticed that in the points stores there were only paid options for bits, but after a friend told me that I need to scroll down to actually access the items that I can buy with points from the channel, I realized that they are very hidden. My opinion is that this points feature is not used very often because the user thinks that the store only has items paid for with bits. My suggestion is to put the store items at the end of the session, and leave the items that can be exchanged for points in the first options to encourage the user to use them.
