Right now if a twitch extension gets denied and needs developer to re-submit, the review notes are all gone. It would be great if for the same extension it would keep the review notes. I had an app that had a backend issue that I resolved, but I had to re-submit the app (didn't upload any new files or change anything), and the review details was empty.
